Waterlooville FC FA Vase Victories

1998 and 2013

Waterlooville Football Club, a non-league side playing at Jubilee Park, achieved national recognition by winning the FA Vase at Wembley Stadium. The club, which plays in the lower tiers of English football, reached the final of the FA Vase, the cup competition for non-league clubs, and won the trophy. The victories were a source of enormous local pride, and the team was welcomed home with celebrations in the town centre. The club's Jubilee Park ground, though modest in facilities compared to professional clubs, has been a fixture of the local sporting scene for decades. The FA Vase wins remain the high point of the club's history and are still spoken about with pride by local football supporters.
