Crookhorn Lane

A road running through the Crookhorn area in the south-eastern part of Waterlooville. Crookhorn Lane gives the area its name and connects the residential streets to Stakes Road and the wider road network. The Crookhorn College, a secondary school, is located off the lane and is the main institutional presence in the area. Housing along and off Crookhorn Lane is predominantly postwar, with semi-detached and detached houses and some later additions. The lane is quiet outside school times, when traffic increases with parents dropping off and collecting students. Playing fields associated with the school provide green space visible from the lane.
