A residential road on the Wecock Farm estate, running through the southern part of the housing development. Falcon Road has terraced and semi-detached council-built houses, many of which have been purchased under right-to-buy. The street is typical of the estate, with a functional layout and standard postwar housing design. Gardens are small but many residents have personalised their properties with extensions, fencing and planting. Falcon Road is close to the Wecock Farm Community Centre and the local convenience stores. The road connects to Eagle Avenue and the other estate roads, providing access to the wider area. Bus routes serve the estate, connecting to Waterlooville centre and Havant.
